Radha Joy -  is a Leader in Hearing Conservation
Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC), Educator, and SLP

Bio -

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Radha Joy earned her Masters’ Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University in 2005. Many years earlier, after her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College (TESC), she began working at Hearing, Speech and Deafness Center in 1999-2000 in Seattle.   This education and experience trained her in the importance of hearing health. She has been a Speech Language Pathologist in the public schools for over 16 years working with Columbia Regional Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program (CRPDHH),  Portland Public Schools (PPS) and Lake Oswego School District (LOSD)

Now Radha is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC) and is working towards her Hearing Aid Instrument Specialist Licensure (HAIS) through the International Hearing Society (IHS) and Oregon Health Authority. Her interest in hearing health has stemmed from many years of being witness to hearing loss and its damaging effect on individuals losing their hearing. Radha Joy is spearheading the hearing conservation revolution and working to get Personal Hearing Protection to all.
